Formalities

As always these are my works and they are not to be used without my written consent. If you would like to use one of my photos please send an e-mail message to me at  _sarajean@live.com

In the message please let me know what the photo[s] is/are going to be used for, by whom, and how. Then wait for my reply, if a reply is not given neither is permission. Never assume permission until you receive signed documentation from myself.

Please note that If I give you permission once, this does not mean you can repeatedly use that/those photo[s] or any other photo nor can you give permission to another party to use it. I do require credit for all my work, and the use of it may be subject to a fee, which you will be notified of before granted permission of use. If a fee is required I must obtain that before you can use the photo[s].
